WWE Mattel Electrifies New York Toy Fair 2026
by Mike Stencel

The WWE presence at the Mattel booth during New York Toy Fair 2026 was seriously stacked, delivering one of the strongest wrestling figure lineups fans have seen in years. Between long-awaited first-time Elite debuts, championship-loaded two-packs, a massive Ultimate Edition roster, and additions to a completely wild WWE x Street Fighter crossover, Mattel made a strong case for why it still dominates the wrestling figure universe.
It’s also worth noting that many of the figures mentioned here weren’t on display during our initial booth visit and were revealed later in the day.
WWE x Street Fighter
The WWE x Street Fighter crossover line continues to reimagine WWE Superstars with bold, stylized designs that feel both ridiculous and incredibly fun.

Wave 3 includes Yokozuna, fittingly as sumo wrestler E. Honda, Dominik Mysterio as the fiery-tempered Ken, and the Ultimate Warrior as Blanka to go along with already released figures of John Cena as Guile, Batista as Sagat, Bianca Belair as Cammy, Rey Mysterio as Ryu, and The Rock as the Final Boss, M. Bison.

The figures combine Street Fighter’s signature arcade style with recognizable WWE likenesses, resulting in collectibles that genuinely look like they jumped straight out of an arcade cabinet. Dominik Mysterio’s Ken figure is a standout, featuring two head sculpts, one standard and one completely unhinged, perfect for a display that looks ready to shout “Shoryuken!” at anything nearby.

Ultimate Warrior as Blanka is another highlight, appearing in a Player 2 color scheme with a blue body and bright yellow hair. It’s a fun deep-cut reference for longtime Street Fighter fans and an especially fitting twist on Warrior’s already chaotic-looking appearance.

Each figure comes in arcade-style packaging, and when the boxes are lined up together, they resemble a versus screen ready for “Round One… Fight!” It’s a clever display feature that works just as well in-box as it does on a shelf.
Fans of the line will undoubtedly hope Mattel expands the lineup. Adding Je’Von Evans, R-Truth, or current members of The New Day as Dee Jay would be ideal, and seeing Oba Femi or Royce Keyes (fka Powerhouse Hobbs) reimagined as Balrog would also be a perfect fit, though the biggest missed opportunity is arguably the absence of Iyo Sky as Chun-Li.
Elite Collection
The Elite Series lineup was easily one of the biggest highlights of the showcase, anchored by several first-time Mattel WWE figures. The mysterious El Grande Americano finally receives his long-awaited Mattel debut, making him a must-have for collectors. Je’Von Evans also joins the Elite line for the first time, continuing Mattel’s effort to spotlight WWE’s next generation.

Longtime Bloodline member Jimmy Uso receives an updated Elite figure reflecting his current singles run, Roxanne Perez appears in full Judgment Day gear, and Roman Reigns features a brand-new torso sculpt, while depicting his look from last year’s WrestleMania. In addition, fan favorite Penta also stands out with striking red ring attire that pops on display.

Mattel is also bringing back the red Slambulance, complete with opening rear doors and a stretcher accessory. It’s a fun throwback that makes it easy for fans to recreate those classic “carted to the back” moments after particularly brutal matches.

Ultimate Edition Line
Let me tell you something brother, the upcoming Ultimate Edition lineup might be one of the strongest Mattel has ever assembled.
The Hulk Hogan “Immortal” version appears in Ultimate form and, for the first time ever, allows fans to recreate his iconic “Hulk Rules” shirt-ripping entrance.

Rhea Ripley displays one of the most visually striking Ultimate figures yet, featuring an intimidating new look and frightening mask from “Mami’s” match at 2024’s Survivor Series: War Games.

Shhh… Chelsea Green’s Ultimate figure fully captures her over-the-top, narcissistic persona with detailed gear and multiple hands and head sculpts, while Jacob Fatu, the Samoan Werewolf, complete with intimidating wolf mask and entrance gear, makes a powerful impression with a sculpt that highlights his intensity and raw power.

For those who are fans of memorable matches, Jake “The Snake” Roberts arrives loaded with iconic accessories, including his snake Damien, a burlap sack to carry his companion, and the infamous bag used during his WrestleMania VII feud with Rick Martel. Unfortunately, WWE currently does not have a Legends deal with Martel, meaning fans can’t yet fully recreate that rivalry, yet.
Steve Austin’s Ultimate Edition figure includes a removable vest, skull shirt, two beer cans, multiple head sculpts, and the return of the Smoking Skull Championship belt. Oh hell yeah!

“Dirty” Dominik Mysterio cleverly captures his duplicitous persona with multiple display options, while Randy Orton features updated tattoos, improved articulation, multiple head sculpts, and a soft cloth shirt, allowing the “Viper” to easily sneak up on opponents before delivering an RKO.

And, fresh off his retirement tour, John Cena’s Ultimate Edition figure recreates the shocking moment he turned on Cody Rhodes, complete with a removable shirt, hat, an “After This U Can’t C Me” blue towel, and two head sculpts — one serious and one smirking — allowing collectors to display either side of that moment.

Main Event Series Two-Packs
Mattel’s Main Event two-packs are especially impressive this year.
The John Cena and Cody Rhodes pack recreates their WrestleMania clash and includes the WWE Championship belt, capturing one of the company’s biggest modern rivalries. The Chelsea Green and Mick Foley two-pack leans heavily into personality and humor, with both figures wearing black pants, snakeskin-style boots, and Cactus Jack–inspired shirts, though Chelsea’s shirt features her own likeness. Her figure also includes a removable red plaid shirt, adding a fun mix of nostalgia and attitude.
The Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre set focuses on their brutal rivalry and includes a steel chair accessory to settle the score, while the Ricky Saints and Ethan Page pack highlights two rising NXT stars fighting for the North American Championship belt. This is also Ricky Saints debut figure.
Additional releases include Seth Rollins vs. LA Knight with the Money in the Bank briefcase and Logan Paul vs. Jey Uso with the World Heavyweight Championship, giving collectors and fans even more title-focused display options.

In addition, Mattel also showcased several singular additions to its Main Event line, including new sculpts for Roman Reigns, John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Penta, Chad Gable, Becky Lynch, Jey Uso, Logan Paul, Sheamus, Ethan Page, and “Hollywood” Hulk Hogan, featuring a removable black bandana.
